Booking Information

All treatments are by appointment only. To ensure each client receives the time and attention they deserve, we are unable to offer same-day appointments.

To book a treatment, please complete the enquiry form below. We will contact you to confirm availability and arrange your appointment.

​Deposit Policy

​A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

​Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of the deposit.

In exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests will be considered at our discretion.

• Any relevant medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, or medications that may affect your treatment

If you are currently receiving medical treatment, have a significant health condition, recent surgery, or any concerns about whether treatment is suitable for you, please consult your GP or healthcare professional before booking.
