Training: She gained a professional degree from the Sports Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2010. Approach: Stefka is fully qualified massage therapist at Simply Massage. Her focus is on listening to your body and responding with skilled, thoughtful care. She combines the flowing, restorative techniques of Swedish Massage with the precise, gentle muscle releases of the Emmett Technique. Every body is different. That’s why no two sessions are the same.
