About: Stefka has studied and practised Swedish Massage and Beauty Techniques in both Bulgaria and Ireland. She has worked as On-site massage therapist and in The Clarion Hotel in Liffey Valley. She is a qualified EMM-Tech Tutor and teaches EMM-Tech Workshops in Ireland and in Bulgaria.
Achievements: Currently she is on the IMTA Executive Board and is also a Regional Co-Ordinator for Dublin. Views: Her philosophy is that the body and mind are connected and have to be equally treated with respect. Diet: She follows a healthy diet full of fresh vegetables, herbal infusions and plenty of water. Recommendations: She advises all her clients to exercise, live less stressful life and have a balanced diet. All of the above, combined with 1 hour Swedish Deep Tissue Massage every two or three weeks could guarantee a more relaxed and satisfactory life.
